Terms & Conditions for ROAS CLUB members

Welcome to ROAS CLUB. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ROAS CLUB membership program, including our Blueprint, Ascend, and Mastermind tiers, and any associated community spaces, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). ROAS CLUB is operated in connection with the @han.roas brand. By purchasing a membership, joining our Discord server, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms

Acceptance of Terms

By joining ROAS CLUB, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services

Membership Tiers

ROAS CLUB is offered across three membership tiers — Blueprint, Ascend, and Mastermind — each providing a different level of access to content, community, and mentorship as described on our sales pages at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify the features, pricing, or availability of any tier, provided that changes will not retroactively reduce what is included in a membership period you have already paid for.

Platform Access

Services are delivered primarily through Discord (for community access) and Whop (for payment processing, checkout, and account management). You will need active accounts on both platforms to fully access ROAS CLUB. Your use of Discord and Whop is also governed by each platform's own terms of service, over which we have no control.

User Responsibilities

As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials on Discord and Whop, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

-Provide accurate information when registering for a membership

-Use the Services only for lawful purposes

-Treat other members and staff with respect in all community spaces

-Not share, resell, or redistribute paid content or your membership access to non-members

-Not use the community to solicit, spam, or promote unrelated products or services without permission

No Guarantee of Personal Results

ROAS CLUB provides educational content, frameworks, and mentorship related to B2C consumer app-building. Any results, case studies, or figures shared (including revenue or MRR figures) reflect individual outcomes and are not guarantees of your own results. Your outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and execution. Nothing in the Services should be construed as financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Intellectual Property.

All intellectual property rights in Nexly including software, branding, and content, belong to Nexly or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended purpose but may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of it without permission

Subscription and Payment

Nexly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law

Termination of Service

ROAS CLUB offers subscription-based and/or one-time payment plans depending on the tier selected. By subscribing, you authorize Whop to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on the agreed schedule. Non-payment or a failed renewal charge may result in suspension or termination of your access. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a tier's offer terms, all payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through ROAS CLUB — including but not limited to frameworks, templates, videos, written materials, and community resources — is the property of ROAS CLUB and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this content for your own personal or business purposes. You may not copy, distribute, publicly share, or repurpose ROAS CLUB content for commercial use without prior written permission.

Community Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any content or member from the Discord community, without refund, for conduct that violates these Terms, is abusive or harassing toward other members or staff, or otherwise disrupts the community.

Limitation of Liability

ROAS CLUB and its Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROAS CLUB and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services, including any business or financial decisions made based on content provided.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ROAS CLUB at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, abusive conduct, or non-payment of fees. You may cancel your membership at any time through Whop, subject to the cancellation terms of your specific plan.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to members where reasonably practicable.
